In order to provide candidates with opportunities to develop the knowledge, dispositions, and skills described in performance standards, the following three courses of study have been developed by the faculty: General/Choral Music Education, Instrumental Music Education, and Combined Choral/General and Instrumental Music Education. A double major in Instrumental Music Education/Orchestral Instruments is also available.
